Our house is a private 3 bed, 2 bath villa located in the heart of Palm Beach. You cannot think of a better location for this property. The house is tucked away in a quiet street right behind the high-rise hotels. Spacious and fully fenced backyard offers a lot of privacy. You are minutes away from all of the restaurants, casinos and all of the entertainment. It is is also a walking distance to one of the largest supermarkets on the island, Super Foods.
We recommend renting a car. It is the best way to explore the island! Do not miss a trip to Baby Beach, Mangel Halto and Boca Catalina. These are our favorite snorkeling and swimming spots. Beach is a walkable distance 15-20 min to get to Eagle Beach. By Super Foods, cross LG Smith Blvd near to Tropicana Resort. There is a path that will take you straight to Eagle Beach.

- FREE high speed Wi-Fi (Of course we would prefer you to unplug completely and forget about work. But if you still need to work remotely, why not doing so by the poolside while sipping on mojitos (shh! we wont tell anyone:-)) promise!
- Families with kids are welcome! please do bring your kiddos!! We love them, Pack-n-play , a high chair and beach toys are available for our younger guests.
- Fully Air Conditioned house. All rooms have inverter A/C units which are energy efficient in cool down rooms in minutes.
-- Hot water. We have on demand water heater installed.
- Free Mid-Stay Complimentary Maid service for guests staying with us 7 nights or longer
Our housekeeper lives right around the corner. She will be there if you need anything!

-- Garden!!!!! If you are booking May-July that means that our mango tree will be producing a ton of fruit! Please do help yourself! Mangoes are delicious! We also planted papaya and bananas! We will be ready to harvest in a couple of years. Cant's wait!
Additional information:
In the spirit of preserving Aruba’s beautiful environment and conserving resources, please enjoy utilities responsibly. That means shutting off A/Cs when leaving the house and being mindful of water usage. We provide 4 cubic meters of water per week. Anything in excess will be your responsibility. $25 per cubic meter.
Electricity: We will a pre-paid electricity meter in the house.
Cost of usage is set at $15 per day fee for electricity goes directly to pay for your electricity needs. If you exceed the loaded amount, you will be asked to purchase additional kwatts. Our housekeeper will notify you if you need more and help you buy it.
