The kitchen area of the villa is fully equipped with a high class European kitchen with the most modern and advanced technology.

Villa Florida is comfortably furnished for 6 people. The detached luxury garden apartment near the villa provides room for another 2 persons with own living room and kitchen, separate bathroom and separate bedroom. So all the space and comfort for a total of 8 people and baby.
The spacious garden of the vacation house measuring approximately over 17.000 square feet and is the largest of the entire villa park.
The villa's yard is fully fenced for maximum privacy and has a large swimming pool (33 feet length!) with 8 sun beds and a large seating area in the shade under a porch in front and at the back of the house with lots of shade and next to the pool you will have 2 characteristic Aruban palapas.
Large BBQ is available for great aruba dinners and nights.
The garden of the villa is decorated with various (palm)trees and exotic plants with colorful flowers, which attracts many birds like hummingbirds and butterflies. The large LCD TV in the living room of the house shows the most popular USA channels. Wi-Fi is high speed and free. available in every corner of our property. Additional TV in master bedroom and 2 more TV's in the garden appartement

Sit back on the comfortable sun beds on the edge of the large, crystal clear pool in the back yard of the villa. Enjoy the tropical sun and cool off in the shade under the palapas or Porches with luxury. Sip cocktails in the cosy seats of the porch, with a nice cool breeze. The choice is all yours.
If you want to eat at home with friends on a warm summer night? We have you covered: In the garden of Villa Florida, you will find a large barbecue and a perfect seating areas I the shade and sun to entertain guests. As an option we can provide a private cook for you.

Florida holiday villa sleeps up to 6 people plus 1 small child ( Villa incl . Garden apartment). The Villa can also be rented with the garden apartment for extra space. The minimum rental period is 6 days.

Included is your personal pick-up service from / to the airport. Service from our hostess Manon and welcome package at the Villa and a great starter pack of groceries in the fridge when you arrive at the Villa. In addition, the assistance and trip guidance during your vacation our excellent local host Thiadlinde ( she is 24/7 available for you if necessary).
She can also give you the latest information about new Aruban "hotspots" , attractions, sights and local restaurants

During your stay the use of water and electricity will be charged at the end of the rental. Final mandatory cleaning fee is USD 150. The security deposit is USD 1000 for the villa and USD 1200 for Villa including apartment.

Our Service includes villa management and support during your stay, free pick up and transfer to the airport. Pool service twice a week and garden maintenance, starter package with groceries on day of arrival, towels and bed linens and usage of cable TV, wireless internet and beach chairs/snorkelling equipment.
