The Beachside Villa at Boca Catalina is the ultimate beach house! It has a comfortable, casual vibe and is an excellent spot for family and friends to experience a wonderful vacation and create cherished memories. The villa features numerous amenities, including a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and primary bedroom. The blue waters of the ocean are stunning and the sunsets are gorgeous! Since the balcony is accessed from the patio, the amazing panoramic views can be enjoyed by all the guests. This lovely villa features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. In each bedroom there is en suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom also includes its own air conditioner, ceiling fan, and TV. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and is located upstairs, off the spacious wrap-around balcony. The second bedroom is on the main floor, off the pool, and has a King size bed. The third bedroom is also on the main floor, and it has two Queen size beds. The house also has Wi-Fi, cable, an alarm system, and a safe in each bedroom.
This villa boasts an eat-in, air-conditioned granite kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is also an outdoor gas grill with BBQ tools. Our guests have use of a full size washer and dryer, as well as a clothes line, an iron and ironing board. Additionally we provide beach chairs, beach towels, floats, coolers, and a selection of snorkeling equipment.
