Positive: hotel was new, very clean and comfortable, hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was good, staff on the beach were very attentive to our needs

Negative: going forward maybe have an entertainment team to have stuff like water aerobics and activities for the guests, some upbeat music in the background to feel like your away
