Amazing 2 story Villa in a residential and quiet neighborhood, 4 minutes by car (1.5 miles straight) from the beach, hotels, restaurants, shopping and night life area.

This is our home where we reside year around and we love it and enjoy it fully.
It is very cozy decorated. It has 2 suits with king size beds and and extra bedroom if needed with twin beds.
