The main pool, quiet pool, upper whirlpool spa, and the rock formation/waterfall will be undergoing resurfacing and refurbishment from september 1, 2025 through october 31, 2025. this work will be executed from monday through saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m, a villa refurbishment will take place daily from august 24, 2026-november 12, 2026. please expect construction noise during daytime hours between 10 am to 6 pm.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
