We are offering a ground floor unit located in the Palma Real gated community. Our condo is located the nearby the pool. We offer 2 bedrooms with built-in closets and en suite bathrooms and sleeper sofa, so our units sleep 5 max. The condo has an open plan living room and air-conditioned kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds & two full bathrooms. The living room provides a sleeping sofa and a nice sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, microwave oven, and a full-size stovetop. There are ceiling fans in every room and A/C throughout. Highchair and baby crib on request.
This condo is perfect to stay as family or friends with a maximum capacity for 5 persons. The Palma Real condo provides unlimited wireless internet, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler box perfect to pack and take with you for a beach day! There is always lots of parking space available and it’s free.
The complex has two pools, a children's pool, and a playground. There is 24/7 security and parking outside of the unit. A small grocery store, several excellent restaurants, and banks are within a few minutes' walk. This is an ideal place for those who wish to stay in Aruba short-term.
Palma Real is a family friendly gated community located half a mile from Palm Beach. Across the street is a restaurant called Local Store. From our condo you can walk to all the activities, restaurants and nightlife Palm beach has to offer. A car is recommended for a couple of days of exploring but not really needed.
