Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: The service was not as I would have liked it to be. I was given the wrong room, booked a spa treatment 2 days prior to be told the day of that they never received the booking and can’t be accommodated. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told to put in a complaint through concierge and the manager will get back to me. When I asked about the turn around time for the manager to get to be I was told “I don’t know”.

Summary: I do understand this is a newer property and it is beautiful but they need to work on customer service.
